If you just want a bed for a night it is fine. Definitely wouldn’t want to stay longer. Breakfast was very basic no cereal or milk, only 1 fresh fruit papaya I think. Probably wouldn’t stay again but conveniently located to airport.

The rooms and hotel facilities were very dirty. Carpets haven’t been vacuumed in weeks, the glasses were dirty the bed head was stained.

Pros are proximity to the airport, and available free shuttle to the airport as well. Otherwise an average 2 star hotel. Cons Breakfast is a buffet style with Rice, Noodles and Vegetables, and Chicken. Eggs are boiled but almost RAW. You can toast your own bread with butter and jelly. Coffee is ok. The rooms are not very clean. Ours was a Non-smoking on the 4th floor, but it smelled like cigarettes. There is Hot water in the shower. Only one half used roll of toilet paper was available. You get bath towels, but no face or hand towels are available. The neighborhood around stinks like sewer but you can find a few places to eat. Overall the place is convenient for an overnight stay before your flight.

空港から近いホテル

設備は必要最小限で、エアコン、シャワーは問題なく使えました。 部屋はスーツケースを二つ広げても余裕がありました。 スタッフの感じも割と良かったのですが、ただホテルの周りに何もなく、散策の楽しみは少ないと思います。 もしまたサンダカンに行くなら、市街地に泊まってみたいです。

It was only a brief stopover before a river cruise so didn't expect much and I guess it met expectations. Area around the hotel was a little dirty and there wasn't much to walk to. Hotel room was basic (fine) and the sheets and floor were clean. Bathroom wasn't as clean. Had a TV but it came with a 2 prong plug ??? Which makes no sense when its a 3 prong country! Breakfast very limited for western palate - no fruit or breaded things apart from toast. Overall as expected - not sure it's 3 star though

Shuttle free to airport

During PKPP, breakfast was not provided but it was changed to lunch or dinner. The meals provided delicious. The hotel also free shuttle to airport.

Dit hotel was werkelijk het ergste wat wij hebben gezien in Maleisië. De kamer was vies, beschimmeld en overal zaten vlekken!

Near to the airport. Plenty of restaurants around (walking distance). Easy to get grabcar. Highly recommended. Will stay here again.

Very bad this hotel request non smoking room but given smoking room and no hot water waiting 5 minutes the water not hot.. table lamp dirty no cleanning.. the matress very hard.. better i chosse hotel backpack.. im very disappointed this hotel

Rest before the jungle.

Pavilion provided us with a place to recovver from the 38 hour journey. It was peaceful and located near real local cuisine. I will stay there on my next Bornio trek.

A rundown hotel with a bad attitude

When we arrived, having booked the hotel and paid for a non-smoking room, we were given not only a smoking room, but an INSIDE smoking room, meaning it had no windows! It stank! I travel a lot, and this was the first time I've ever immediately gone back to reception and demanded a different room! They quickly assigned us a different one, on a non-smoking floor. It was twice as big and didn't smell bad and it was clean, but it was just generally worn-out: the paint, the carpet, etc. The towels were threadbare. We realized that night and the next morning that very few people were staying there, so why did they try to palm us off with a sub-standard room? No idea. Anyway, I didn't give the worst rating for the hotel staff because the people in the restaurant were very friendly at dinner and breakfast.

Booked this because it was not too far from airport, and we were arriving fairly late in day. Peeling wallpaper in room. Impossible to shower without collecting water around tub. On check in, we were told we could get room service or eat at restaurant till 10pm. Called room service around 730, was told not available. Went to restaurant, only a scant 5 item buffet available, had to go down the street to get a meal. The area is a bit sketchy, but found good food.

Pandangan mengenai Hotel Pavillion

Ketiadaan air semasa 1 malam kami menginap di hotel amat mengecewakan. 3 kali kami menelefon staff di kaunter dan memberitahu terdapat sedikit masalah bekalan air dan staff menjanjikan masalah air akan pulih selepas 30 minit pembaikian. Namun, masalah air masih berlanjutan sehingga keesokkan paginya dan memaksa kami utk check out lebih awal kerana masalah ketiadaan air. Secara keseluruhan adalah sederhana. Walaubagaimanapun, kedudukan hotel amat strategik yg mana berdekatan dengan deretan kedai makan, dobi self servis, tempat cuci kereta dan kawasan tumpuan pelancong.
