「Die Lage war ganz gut, viele Restaurants im der Nähe. Sauberkeit und Austattung waren sehr zufriedenstellend. Leider nur Parkplätze in der weiteren Umgebung bzw. am Straßenrand, wobei man etwas Angst ums auto bekommt. WLAN hat ein eher langsames bzw. schwaches Signal, dadurch ist das Teilen von Fotos und Videos etwas schwierig.」

「Communication with the host was challenging, as he messaged us in Italian despite knowing we didn’t speak the language. We tried using a translator app, but it was difficult to understand instructions. He expected to meet us in front of the apartment, which was hard to locate using the directions provided—they led us to a narrow, one-way alley.The host saw us but continued to give directions only in Italian. We were unsure where to park and were eventually directed to a paid lot that was not...

「Mario was one of the most welcoming and hospitable hosts I’ve ever had. Communication was timely, polite and helpful. My flight arrived early and Mario and his team were able to have the room ready before the standard check in time.
