「We had a wonderful stay. Everything you could ever think of needing was provided. For a glamping experience this place is top notch. You have your own private toilet and sink right next to you. The showers were great as well. 」

「Grounds are beautiful . We went with little ones and we did not rent a car so we relied a lot on uber and the hotel’s transportation since the rooms are far away from the lobby and pools/restaurants. One thing I was disappointed it’s that they don’t offer transportation to the volcano viewpoint /mirador . I specifically booked this hotel because of that viewpoint . I talked to front office to see if I could get an uber to take us up there and they refused . Being that we had little ones with us...

「The location and property are absolutely beautiful! Incredible views! The grounds are kept meticulously! The rooms are clean and neat. The rooms are simple and yet elegant at the same time. The staff were very forgiving of my limited Spanish. A little harder to get to but worth the drive. The restaurant on property was excellent. Just a small sidenote… There was no air conditioner in my smaller room. I knew this going into it and the nice breeze that was almost constant.」
