「Room was clean and staff was nice. Food pretty good. The shower turns scalding hot for a few seconds often, like when someone flushed a toilet in the old days. No walkability to restaurants or really anything. In a very industrial area. The A/C was great. And they have a game room with ping pong, pool table, foosball, and chess/checkers. The game equipment is kinda old. My queen bed room was $20/night. Definitely a steal compared to US rates, but you get a little less. 」

「Excellent hotel. Very pleasant and serene. The staff is great and accommodating. The amenities are excellent. Food is delicious and convenient. You can order food, drinks or snacks from anywhere on the hotel grounds at your convenience. Keep in mind, as part of the hotel concept experience, they don’t provide hot showers. 「I wish I was being exaggerated when I say, this hotel almost ruined the entire Cartagena trip for us. Before I get into it I will add some considerations because I do not want to be unfair in this review. When booking this hotel, it is NOT very clear that this is on a completely separate island from the city of Cartagena, it is isolated and you have to take a boat back and fourth everytime you need to go.
