"What an excellent hotel, staff incredibly helpful and friendly, trendy and modern, comfortable, location couldn't have been better for the town, sight seeing bus, tram stop straight to and from airport and remarkable breakfast with so much choice. Liked the free pastries, fruit and water available all day. Wouldn't hesitate in staying here again or recommending. Despite our twin room being small I especially like the two suitcase holders and daily made up rooms.Thank you."

"Don't be fooled by the style of hotel as it's a blend of student and hotel on the property but it's a very well run and executed system. Very good people and very good food in a unique place very close to the train station Santa Maria Novella. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed. Rooms are not too spacious but they are clean and you're only there to sleep. Enjoy it."

"Room was clean and very nice. Front desk staff were very friendly and provided helpful suggestions and advice on restaurants and sites to see. Breakfast was good but if you dont eat breakfast everyday then you might want to just pay as you go instead of adding the extra charge when booking."
