Lovely beach studio - High speed internet!

You will love the peace and the proximity to the beach. The condominium has free parking and a laundry room, and you can walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. I have two pretty units on the same floor; if you need both, let me know! With love, Alice.

This rental was exceptionally clean with many amenities and parking. Restaurants, bars, and nightlife are steps away. Centrally located from all tourist locations.

Ok stay, but noisy area

Property manager was responsive and the studio was clean. But there were problems with hot water reliability, and it was noisy with cars blasting music and revving engines. This unit faces a big road, so we got a full blast of the noise. Good for a budget stay, but bring earplugs.

Great apartment

Great apartment, very clean and beautiful. The host surprised us with a bottle or wine and nice relaxing music when we entered the place (very pleasant surprise especially that it was our wedding anniversary trip). Highly recommend this place!

Staying close to family

We decided to book this apt for our latest trip in order to be close to family. This studio apartment did not disappoint. For us, it was perfectly located walking distance from my sister and mother, but other visitors will also appreciate being steps away from the beach. There are also many awesome places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. La calle Loiza is one block away where you can walk to restaurants, cafes and local shops. The building is safe, clean and parking although not guaranteed, was ALWAYS available. The pool was not the most beautiful pool but it was always warm and my six year old did not want to leave once he was in it. The studio itself was superb clean and cozy and beautifully decorated. Alice was always a phone call pr text away and responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this place.

Alice is a gem

The property was clean and cute. Alice was spectacular and very responsive to ensure we got in and settled at 1am. Alice was always very responsive and helpful and kind. Thanks again Alice!
