「Front desk staff were very helpful」

「Localidad」

When I asked why they had emailed to confirm my arrival time if the desk was going to...

「great location, greate staff」

「The hotel was very welcoming, friendly, and centrally located. Hotel staff always professional and readily accessible. We will definitely stay again. The food was fresh and hot from the restaurant with perfect hours. 5 stars!!」

「Clean room, nice atmosphere and great customer service. Yara makes the best Piña Colada drinks. Can’t wait to go back!」

「The stay was very well」

「The hotel room was so clean! The staff was friendly breakfast was amazing! Emy the staff who help me and my parents check in was amazing! So helpful and took her time to explain what the hotel had to offer and the events going on for the weekend! She was such a joy! The rest of the staff was helpful as well!」
