San Juan Chilateca Vacations from ￥426,822

We stayed here seven days in late April. The location is ideal. Close to the Zocalo, café shops, retail shops, restaurants, 20 de Diciembre market, museums and many other places. They are all within walking distance. During the weekend it could get noisy as there is a bar/club nearby. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. The beds are comfy and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Especially since the weather was in the 90's the entire week we were there. For those who have physical limitations please be aware there is no elevator for rooms in the 2nd and 3rd level. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked a double bed room, we were upgraded to a junior suite. That was nice of them. The room was larger but I have a feeling this was one of the rooms that was not upgraded yet. There was construction above us, not huge deal since we spent most of our time out of the room. But I'm sure if we were there more time it would have been a problem. I would recommend this hotel if you like being close to main area of the city and don't need a car.

Great location to the Zocalo. Most restaurants and cafe and bars are close by. Staff was very friendly. For the price it is worth the stay. If you want high end, then pay alil more and stay elsewhere. But for a decent price and safe and friendly stay, this was great.

We have stayed at several Quinta Reals in Mexico, but this is by far the most stunning one. We had the most wonderful stay at this historic property. Everything here was so charming and well taken care of, the staff is amazing, food incredible and perfectly located to enjoy such a magical place as Oaxaca.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Spotless. Our room was very roomy. Only complaint is that there’s no bathroom privacy. But loved it.
