「中心部から少し歩くものの、公園も近く静かで良い立地でした。静かといっても人の行き来はそれなりにあるので、そういった面でも安心でした。 周辺にはカフェ、1ブロック程歩くとコンビニエンスストアがあります。 部屋も広く綺麗でしたが、セキュリティ面に不安を感じました。 事前に伝えられたパスワードで部屋のキーが開いたり、開かなかったり不安定で困りました。 また、私たち以外に別の宿泊客も部屋の鍵が開かない様なトラブルが見受けられました。 キッチンと主な調理器具は揃っていますが、カトラリー類の用意が無いので持参が必要です。 タオル交換は要リクエストとありますが、希望に対して返信は無く交換対応はありませんでした。 」

「The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The property manager checked on us daily through WhatsApp to ensure all was ok. The housekeeper came daily to clean and was very thorough and responsive. Great rooftop terrace to enjoy morning coffee. Would definitely stay again!」

「There is really nothing bad to say about this cosy hotel, close to everything, very clean, they even replenished the coffee grounds. The cleaning lady would come to clean as soon as they saw us leave for the day, this was a PLUS. They even washed our dishes. Everything was automated, so the only time we saw the gentleman Jesus, was when we arrived and it was just to pay the rental. Very private.」

「The entire booking, checkin, stay, support during the stay and checkout was super smooth Communication before, during and follow-up after the stay was just right. The property is immaculate, well appointed and a short 15-20 min walk to the center of town. 「Our family was obsessed with the large property thanks to its perfect layout for family gatherings, breakfasts around the enormous dining table, and relaxing evenings on the rooftop. The neighborhood wasn't the sexiest but the house was a short 10 minute taxi ride to central Oaxaca. The hosts were amazing and easy to communicate with which made our family vacation relatively stress free.」
