It is a hotel located in downtown Oaxaca. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. I like the idea of having a kitchenette with the free fruit, coffee/tea, and pastries. They also provide you with free bottles of water. Everything was sparkling clean.

We had a nice, large room with two double beds, a couch, a big-screen tv, and plenty of space in between. WiFi was good. The bathroom was small but very clean with amenities such as a hair dryer and nice walk-in shower. A waterproof, slightly longer curtain would keep more water off the floor, but not a big deal. There were two large windows with French balconies overlooking the street. The beds were very comfortable and daily housekeeping was excellent. The front desk staff was very helpful with calling cabs etc. it’s not fancy, but very nice and in a good location three blocks from the zocalo

This property is located two blocks from the zócalo. Something that was different with this hotel was that they kept the front doors locked at all times and one has to be ring a doorbell so that someone could unlock the door to let you in. The staff was very helpful and kept our luggage prior to check-in and after check-out. One member recommended a tour company which we thoroughly enjoyed. The property, like the entire town, was kept very clean One minor issue was that our room overlooked a courtyard, and people's conversations and laughter could be heard in our room. The windows should be replaced with soundproof windows. Until then, I recommend earplugs.
