"The hotel was ok we didn’t get our rooms clean or fresh towels but it served it’s purpose for a mini vacation the breakfast was great "

"The receptionist was extremely rude, which made us feel that we had made a mistake booking this place as soon as we arrived. We were also required to wait four hours to check in. The hotel offered a scavenger hunt game for the kids. My daughter spent a significant amount of time completing all the tasks so she could receive the prize. However, when she went to claim it, the receptionist was again very rude and did not even seem to care whether the tasks had been completed or not. At the very least, it would have been nice if the staff had shown a little interest or encouragement, especially in front of a child. There’s something missing here in this place! Have an open mind if you decide to go."

"Too cold for the beautiful pool and hot tub. Definitely coming back during the warmer months. Splash pad would be great for little kids. Room was clean and customer service was excellent."
