I like the place coz it’s walking distance to the metro and center but it’s not a hotel. There’s no reception. It’s an apartment. Not 24 hour . The main door is locked . I came to the place around 2 am good thing there’s a guy who came out and I was able to get in the building . Waited again. Somebody came down and told me the person in charge is in the 3rd floor. . I was gonna leave and find a real hotel. But tried to knock at the door so loud finally a guy came out awaken by my banging at the door . It’s crazy . Next time you have to check clearly the place you are staying .

The breakfast was wonderful. There was a great selection of everything. Our host even served us fresh baked croissants. Great value too.

Urso is not just a place to stay — it’s an experience. If you’re looking for excellence, comfort, and truly outstanding hospitality in Madrid, this is the place. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will absolutely be back.

There are a number of oddly negative reviews about this place. THEY ARE TOTALLY WRONG. Sure, the room had very minor blemishes (of no consequence). But the location has terrific taxi access, is in a very safe clean neighborhood with upscale shops, an indoor mall, VIPS (Mexican/Spanish Denny’s), Starbucks, and a cafe. The hotel breakfast (which you do pay for but it’s not expensive) is awesome. The staff is great. And if you have a family, the quad rooms allow each child to have their own bed, a huge benefit at this price point. This is a great hotel. I would happily stay at their other locations, trust.
