The Space:
Sutro studio was professionally designed with the traveler in mind, set up with convenient amenities, new furnishings and decor, and outfitted with premium towels and linens. It's been curated to make your stay as cozy and comfortable as possible, and it's constantly being improved and updated based on guest feedback.

Inside the home, you'll find a queen bed and full sofa bed, a full bathroom, and other great amenities including:

+ coffee and tea station with Keurig
+ pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
+ smart TV w/ streaming apps
+ access to washer and dryer

Please note: climbing stairs is required... There's one staircase that leads up to the front door entrance.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire unit, with its own private entrance. Please note the laundry room and outdoor terrace are shared with the unit next door (also a rental).

The Neighborhood:
Sutro Studio is situated right in between historic Noe Valley and the Castro district, full of amazing art, culture, food & beverage options, shopping, and more. Everything you need is within walking distance. With its convenient central location in the heart of the city, you're not too far from any of the best spots in the Bay Area.

Getting Around:
Walking, biking, scootering, Uber/Lyft, public transit are all great options and easily accessible from the house. From SFO, it's about a 30-40 minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
BOOKING POLICIES
1. Pets are allowed for a flat fee of $250 per stay.
2. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests.
3. A separate rental agreement is required.
