"I would definitely stay here again. Great property, clean, safe location, close to everything, and friendly staff. Only issue I had was, the ice machine didn't work but that wasn't that big of a deal. Everything else was great! Highly recommend!"

"I am never fan of boutique hotels until now! I love love love this place! The decor is on point, the room is more than amazing, I just wanted to stay in all day, but I was there for a party! The staff are so friendly, when you call for something, the response is so fast! I love everything about this place. Will definitely come back."

"Really lovely hotel, beautiful facilities and very attentive staff. We particularly enjoyed the free trolley shuttle into Universal, which made things super easy. The poolside food was fantastic, great ingredients and quality and very reasonably priced. We also really enjoyed the evening movies by the pool, which felt like a lovely way to finish off a busy day. My only criticism is that the rules at the pool aren't really enforced, the over 21's hot tub regularly had teenagers in it, and the family spa which was supposed to be no under 14's without a parent, was also filled regularly by young children without any parents in sight. We also saw people sitting in the hot tub eating pizza and crisps, which is just grim. Would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend this hotel to anyone, but would be nice to see guests being more respectful of their surroundings, and more responsible for their children at the pool."
