Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. It's just a few minutes from downtown, PETCO, the convention center, Balboa Park, restaurants, cafes, easy freeway access. Family friendly neighborhood! With private parking, an electric security driveway gate a shared sparking pool and relaxing jacuzzi!

This is a 5 unit property, you will share the exterior space with other guests. The pool (non heated), (heated) jacuzzi, laundry, exterior sitting areas are shared spaces. Enjoy your own personal parking spot next to your unit plus an electric gate for quick and convenient access.

Awesome area close to many attractions in San Diego. Just a short drive to Sea World, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, PETCO Park, Downtown, the convention center, beaches, Coronado Bridge, restaurants, cafes, parks.

The parking and house sit in the back of the Property. Access is through the alley between K street and J street. The GPS will lead you to the front house, you must drive around and enter through the alley for your booking.

Great family stay

We had a great stay here. Listing is accurate. It is super close to everything- 10 min to the zoo and downtown, 10/15 to old town, 15/20 to mission beach. Great location and the apartment is nice. They also had a pack and play and high chair which was so helpful! Definitely recommend to stay here and will definitely stay again if we visit again
