Spacious 2 bed 2 bath one block from the Bay! ! !

This spacious remodeled 2 bed 2 bath apartment has a private entrance and two full baths. We're located in a small multi-unit property with 4 apartments in the building. This apartment is on the top floor with only 1 small shared wall. We are located off Shasta St in Crown Point / Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA. Please note that it is street parking only.

You will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.

If you need anything before, after, or during your stay, please feel free to call or text me.

Couple reminders:

** This isn't a party house.

** No smoking is permitted, including Marijuana. We may garnish 2X your cleaning fee if the smell of smoke is present.

**Only guests listed on the reservation are welcome — no outside guests are allowed at anytime.

- Check out is 11AM

- Check in is after 3PM

-All PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Check with me before you book please as there is an additional $20 per night pet fee charge. This fee will be added after the reservation has been made.

- This apartment has an in-house washer and dryer. Please feel free to do laundry as you please.

- Thank you in advance for respecting our house rules, they are very important to us. Please keep a reasonable volume so as to not disturb our neighbors, and do not invite other guests or have parties. We would appreciate it if you washed any dishes you use during your stay. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrived.

Good-we got locked out and host was ver helpful. Condo in a ver convenient location.Bad-no onsite parking, one night we had to park 3 blocks away.Ugly- furniture in living room so broke down and uncomfortable. Couldn’t even sit in living room in evenings.This place would be great with a parking permit and new furniture.

It was a good stay - things went smoothly. The toilet in the hallway bathroom broke twice. My cousin had to reconnect the chain in the tank to get it to flush. There were no batteries in the bedroom remote. Other than that, it was good.

The place was clean and nice. The problem was parking. When I paid for the reservation, the listing showed a picture of off street parking for two vehicles. I received a message from the host to use spot 28. The evening of check in, there was a car in spot 28. I informed the host and was told the listing did not include a spot. Hosts are able to change the listing to remove the photo of the parking and change it to no onsite parking after I paid. I searched 10 minutes and found on street parking 2 blocks away.

Overall it was a decent place. We had to buy an air mattress because there was not a queen bed in the living room. So I wouldn’t say it sleeps 6.

Great stay

This property is just as described in the listing and in the pictures. We stayed as a family with two teenagers and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location is great, and the parking is included. Highly recommended!

Great location, spacious, comfortable, family friendly!

This is a great location and a great apartment for families. Just as described. Two things to be aware off, not well supplied for towels, dishes and other stay needs (I.e. no kettle), especially if you have kids with you, and It could have been cleaner on check in. We wiped down the place a bit and lit the candles. The owner was responsive to our requests for more towels, bathroom mat etc.
