With a large outdoor patio and plenty of space to gather, it’s ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy San Diego’s sun, surf, and relaxed beach vibe in a private, well-located home.



The Space:

🛏️ Bedrooms – Primary with king bed, second bedroom with queen bed, and a bunk room sleeping four. Living room includes a queen pull-out sofa for extra guests.

🛁 One Full Bathroom – Tub, shower, and essential toiletries. It can get crowded with larger groups.

🍳 Fully Stocked Kitchen – Everything you need for home-cooked meals, plus indoor and outdoor dining areas. No oven available.

🔥 Spacious Private Patio – Fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

🌬️ No AC – Portable and ceiling fans with coastal breezes keep the home comfortable.

🧺 Laundry – Washer and dryer available for guest use.





🛠️ Sofa Bed Notice – The sofa by the windows is under maintenance. Can be used for seating, but the bed function is not operational, and it may look a bit worn.



Guest Access:

🏠 Private Home – Detached front unit with no shared walls. Two other units are in the back building, but this home offers complete privacy.

🔑 Seamless Check-In – Smart lock with a personalized code for flexible, secure access.

🏄‍♀️ Beach Gear – Surfboards, beach chairs, and other essentials provided for your convenience.

🅿️ Parking – Two to three dedicated parking spaces on-site, depending on vehicle size.

Sunset Cliffs is your typical Californian Beach Community in San Diego. The beach community can be both quiet and cozy or active and bustling, depending on what experience you would like to create for yourself.

Ocean Beach is famous for surfing, dining, and nightlife.

Head to Sunset Cliffs for the most amazing Sunsets.

Point Loma Bay features large fishing boats for great commercial and sport-fishing, and you can also ride bikes along the harbor and embarcadero all the way to downtown San Diego.



Getting Around:

Walk / Bike / Scooter / Uber. The best of the beach community is within walking distance.
