To comply with community requirements and help provide a safe experience for all guests, you'll receive a secure email to complete identity verification, online check-in, and any required documentation. The process typically takes just a few minutes.

🔎 Guest Screening
All guests must complete a secure CLEAR ID verification and screening.
International guests are required to provide a valid passport for identity verification.

📅 Stays 30+ Nights
The primary guest must provide a valid SSN and complete a soft credit check (minimum score of 550).
