Decent on the surface but terrifying in the depths
This beautiful little home was decent on the surface but terrifying within the depths. The listing promises heating (central - as the owner promised) yet the home has window a/c units which contradicts that statement. The actual central heater panel had NO POWER! I spoke with the owner and the owner went silent. The nights were 54degrees and we were freezing.
Began attempting to cook and the knobs on the stove were extremely finicky. The top left and middle burner would not turn off. I contacted the owner requesting permission to simply unplug the stove as it was getting extremely hot. After an hour he responded and granted permission. This was a fire hazard!
The home was partially surface clean. The shower head was gross with old soap and water stains. The shower has their used empty body wash and shampoo bottles. Long dark strands of hair everywhere and a deep body odor in the back bedroom. I literally had to purchase a candle.
Lastly, no window coverings at the kitchen window and back door window. A clear sight from
