DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Island Court Two, a wonderful vacation home located right in the heart of Mission Beach! This recently renovated home boasts luxurious amenities such as stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and mini-split A/C units in each of its 5 bedrooms, all of which feature smart TVs for your entertainment.

You can enter the home on the second and 3rd levels. Level 2 features bedroom 4 with a full over full bunk that sleeps 4 and Bedroom 5 with a twin bed for 1.

The third level is the main living level where you'll find a spacious living area with sofa seating, a full-size kitchen, and a dining table for eight. Step out onto the adjacent front patio and enjoy the California sun with lounge seating and a convenient gas BBQ. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed and futon, making it the perfect space for a small family. Each of the hall bathrooms has a shower and there are two more bedrooms on this level; bedrooms 2 and 3, both with queen beds.

And the best part? Follow the stairs to the rooftop deck with panoramic ocean views! Take in the 360-degree views of Mission Beach and Bay from the sun lounges, sectional seating, and dining table.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, ready-made beds, one beach towel and bath towel set per guest, a starter kit of paper towels, and kitchen and bath soaps. Laundry soap and in-home laundry are provided for your convenience.

Located just steps from the beach or bay, this vacation rental is in the perfect location to experience all that Mission Beach has to offer. Belmont Park, with its roller coaster, arcade, and mini-golf, is just a few-minute walk away, and there are plenty of shops, casual restaurants, and pubs to explore in the area.

Island Sands One is located below this home and can also be rented to combine into one large rental.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM. To properly clean, sanitize and maintain the home, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or check-outs if another guest is arriving or departing that day.

Furnishings and amenities are subject to change. No refunds are given for any reason unless the home is uninhabitable. Guest ages and plans for use of the home must be approved, and reservations may be declined or canceled at management’s discretion.

Everything was great! House is very nice, clean, updated, super close to beach & bay. Rooftop deck is great. Belmont Park is right there. Tons of stores and restaurants. Also, management company answers right away and goes above & beyond to take care of everything. We loved it & would absolutely return!

The house was perfect for the 10 of us adults. The 4 bathrooms was very helpful. The house was extremely clean and sufficiently supplied. The location was incredible. We could walk to the beach in 2 minutes. The rooftop sitting area was amazing. Overall incredible stay. We would definitely rent this place again.

Several members of my family were in town for my daughter’s college grad and the house fit all of us with room to spare. Finding the parking was a little difficult at first but not an issue at all. We fit 2 mid-size SUV’s easily. Easy to access and house was just as described. I was concerned about the proximity to Belmont Park, but it was a non issue. Great for walking along the beach and easy access to Pacific Beach. The only issue we had was with others accessing the rooftop deck, but it was taken care of immediately. I would strongly advise the owners to add an extra deterrent to the deck. Management followed up with us and made sure everything was okay. Overall, great stay and great time in SD!

Property slept 9 adults no problem. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with utensils, and everything was very clean. Would definitely stay again. Propane was out for the fire pit but a quick text to the managers and they had one the next day.

The whole vacation was amazing only problem we ran into was parking . With the dumpsters in the alley there is very little room to maneuver a car or small van otherwise the place was clean and worked perfect for our family

We stayed here with 10 girls total. It was perfect!! Enough bathrooms for everyone, well kept, and the beach was so close! Also, the owner was so quick to respond with any issues.

The rental had a great layout to accommodate our family of teenagers and adults. The kitchen was well equipped. We could see the fireworks from sea world from the rooftop deck . While it was great to have 2 parking spots, it was very tight getting in and out of the parking spots. But overall an excellent stay!

We had a great time staying here celebrating our 5 graduates. We wanted a place close to the beach so we could come and go as we please. This was great, we especially appreciated the 4 bathrooms. There are so many good restaurants within a 10-15 min walk. The house was clean, had everything we needed and more. Only downside was the fire pit wouldn’t turn on and there was homeless people using the carport when we got home at times. But I would still recommend this place for sure.

Great location. Split A/C units were not working but luckily the weather cooperated. We needed to get a new propane tank provided for the fire pit, which was inconvenient but the property mgmt company was relatively prompt. There were some ants in the home but that’s relatively common in SoCal.

Property was great and as described. Communication with management was beyond frustrating. Despite repeated promises that they would call back over three days, it didn't happen. We were left standing in the airport still unclear as to what our options were. The issue was not with the answer that they provided (even though it wasn't what we wanted to hear), it was that they couldn't be bothered to follow through, despite repeated attempts to get them to.

We spent a week at Thanksgiving with two families of five. Location is awesome. We didn’t drive all week, except to Zoo. Steps from the beach. Lots of boogie boarding and sunsets. Our dog loved the park across the street and swimming in the bay. We got the kids annual passes to the amusement park and the went almost every day. So many great restaurants. Especially breakfast burritos downstairs and Cannonball sushi. The house had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. It was cozy with ten of us, but we weren’t home much because we were at the beach! Rooftop fire pit is lovely in the evening. I highly recommend this property!

Great, except for an AC issue, which we fixed with the manager’s help, and running out of propane for the rooftop fireplace. Also, parking was tight when the adjacent unit was also rented.
