Excellent place to stay. Great communication! Only suggestion is pillows are too firm for my liking. Recommend staying here to anyone visiting SD. Thank you for great stay.

Great alternative versus a conventional hotel/motel for one or two travellers to San Diego. Located in the trendy North Park neighborhood, you will get the feel of being a resident in the neighborhood. Everything inside the studio unit is new and very chic--the shower especially! It is spacious for a studio and has a small kitchenette but with a full size refrigerator. Again, much more "homey" than a hotel room. While not having a dedicated parking space off of the front street, we parked in the alley behind the complex that is big enough for two cars so we never needed to search for on street parking. We would return to this studio unit when visiting San Diego again.

Nice place, clean.

Very nice new place. Bed good, walk in shower. Little kitchen with good supplies. A/C and heater. TV nice, do need sign in for most streaming, but free TV channels. Little courtyard with seating. Free washing and dryer, very nice. We enjoyed the stay. Only negative is parking. There was never on street parking. There was a behind the building ally which was open all the time when we where there though.
