Wonderful place to stay with family of all ages! A Close walk to the beach and lots of entertainment and food options. The garage was a plus, we were able to put our Tahoe in it with no problem. The property manager was quick to communicate and very helpful.

Amazing location about a 3-5 minute walk from the beach … Parking can be very hit or miss since they don’t have a dedicated spot but we got lucky on our trip we found a spot right up front and didn’t leave that spot for 4 days to avoid parking issues, highly recommend the garage if you have a smaller car, we were in a Tahoe which wouldn’t fit so it was a little stressful but it worked out… other than that place was solid and again can’t beat the location , I do recommend the property!

San Diego trip

Excellent location, block and a half from the beach. Plenty of restaurants. Nearby and within walking distance. The home was as described and as pictured. Was very comfortable and was a perfect location for us and anybody that wants to be near the beach. Communication was great and everything was easy and went flawlessly.

Excellent space for a gateaway

The place definitely met our expectation. Me and my two other friend’s family stayed there with 6 kids all under 5 years old and we had plant of room to for sleep and play. It’s was just minutes away from the beach and all the restaurants and bars. Very much walkable. The owner of the property was very responsive. Plenary of street parking on the weekday, but it was a bit of a challenge over the weekend. Overall, we had a great stay at this property.

PB Thanksgiving family reunion

Nice property and perfect location. Near to beach, plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.windows and rugs could use updating. Overall, great holiday weekend for our family.

Perfect home for a big group

The house was beautiful and was in a great location, minutes from the beach and restaurants. The host was easy to contact and communicate with. Highly recommend this home for a large group looking for a place to stay.

Amazing Staycation

Literally such an amazing house and a great location! Hosts were so helpful and communicated quickly when i had any questions. Exactly like the pictures too which is always a plus.

Excellent property

We really enjoyed our stay! Home was clean and we had plenty of space. Parking wasn’t easy to find because beach go-ers take the spots by the home. I did purchase the tandem parking garage ahead of time but was not able to use it because I did not take into account the luggage carriers on top of my van and suv. Overall good stay however

Amazing Beach Location

I stayed with 12 friends here for my bachelorette party and it was the perfect place!! It was so close to the beach, all of the beds were really comfortable and the management team was nice enough to let us put our bags at the location before check in time!

Customer service

Excellent communication, perfect and prompt customer service. A light was out in the bedroom and he fixed it IMMEDIATELY. Property was great, walking distance to beach and several restaurants. Very quiet, couldn’t hear anyone in the other units during spring break! Would definitely stay again

Not Recommended

It was a mistake trusting a place that had only 1 review. The stay did not go well. The place was not up to par. It was frustrating, stressful and annoying. There were electrical and plumbing issues amongst the problems, including the replacement of a whole toilet that required the time and attention of various people coming in and out. These people were frustrated themselves, and Ron refused to accept the faults. They "offered" to move us to a newly renovated unit for the last night, implying that our unit was not supposed to be rented out. It was a horrible experience.

5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Our check in & checkout was super smooth & low key. Ron and the property manager, Jessica, went above & beyond to accommodate us and make us feel like we were in good hands! The property looks exactly like the photos and is a walk away from everything local in Pacific Beach. We would hands down stay here again and we couldn’t believe how much we lucked out with this property and the owners/manger! The majority of my group of 11 had never been to San Diego before and we would all stay here again in the future! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
