You are located just a few miles from amazing restaurants and supermarkets as well as great attractions, including Primarily Primates Inc., Friedrich Wilderness Park, Topgolf, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park, SeaWorld San Antonio, San Antonio Aquarium, San Antonio Museum of Art, San Antonio Missions National Historical Park, San Antonio Riverwalk, The Alamo, and Alamodome. This escapade is also 25 miles from the Lackland Air Force Base, making it the perfect home base for families coming to town for an event such as a graduation, training, etc.

This well-appointed family-friendly retreat offers a wonderful, air-conditioned space to call home. Spend memorable evenings barbecuing on the private back patio and dining alfresco while the kiddos run around and play safely in the enclosed backyard. Inside, you will discover several living areas furnished with inviting sofas with smart TVs with streaming services to keep everyone entertained. When mealtime comes around, surprise everyone with your cooking skills and prepare exquisite homemade masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials that will make cooking a breeze. A washer/dryer has been provided, allowing you to pack as light as you wish.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
