"We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri. The staff was exceptional throughout our visit. From the guards at the checkpoint and the security team at the gate, to the front desk, dining room staff, kitchen team, hostess, housekeeping, and bell staff everyone contributed to a genuinely pleasant experience. Special thanks to Vishnu from housekeeping, Sudhir (whose tea we already miss), and Shivani & Amardeep at the security checkpoint for their warm and welcoming service. They truly made our stay memorable. There were a few initial hiccups with the room, but the overall experience was excellent."

"They were charging very high price on arrival. they asked 1800 for the booking, we booked the hotel in approximately near 800. They left us no choice we were helpless that time . So the hotel was very bad. And we had very bad experience. "

"The staff is very attentive. Front desk very efficient. There is 24/7 security personnel and all cars and bags get checked consistently. The buffet is expansive and there are options to order special juices and omelets and parathas. I just wish Expedia had an option to add breakfast buffet to the price. The area around the hotel is somewhat unkempt but inside the hotel everything is very clean. The windows must have some sort of voice protection because the noise from functions did not bother us even though our room was facing the swimming pool/party area. I specially want to thank Shyam D. Bell captain and Shivam Bell boy for all the assistance they provided. Also want to thank the night manager who personally came and fixed our remote control and made us laugh with his witty conversation. We had a pleasant stay."

"This property was one the best in Mayur Vihar region under Fraser Suits but now under IIDL suits everything going down from room conditions to food. Even front desk staff don’t want to response to your greeting. Young staff without any supervision not learning how to speak to their guest. Me snd my family using this property since 8 years and"
