「Very clean and friendly stuff. Definitely recommend it!」

「The property is newer, staff were friendly, and room was clean. Unfortunately the location is within a large mall and parking lot which made for a good deal of noise, even overnight with a few cars outside revving engines and playing loud music. The room upstairs was loud until 3am.」

「Everyone was polite and helpful. Room was clean. Good breakfast and coffee in the morning to get the day started.」

「I’ve already sent a message to them privately. The hotel, I will just say it was not worth the money. Go to Inwood or Winchester.」

「The rooms were dated. and much maintenance is needed outside. We were on the second floor and the outside railing was loose. Very dangerous.」

「We arrived at 2 PM but check-in wasn't until 4 PM. After a short wait, we were given a room and the $40 early check-in fee was waived. Thanks for that. They also have a very quick convenient shuttle to the casino and event center which we used to see a show. No problems and just a short wait for the return trip.」

「My husband and l came to the property about 1 something this morning. When we got there we checked in got our keys went to the room only to find the lights in the room on, the tv on the bed not made and dirty towels in the floor. We hesitated going in the room as it smelled like someone had freshly taken a shower. We went down to the front desk reported our findings the front desk guys called his supervisor to report his findings then we were told they would have to put us in a Queen size room...

The shower curtain brackets were broken, the was a stain on the wallpaper that looked like blood splatter and there was a hole in the wall that someone just put a Styrofoam cup in it to cover it up. The breakfast was standard for a hotel, nothing special and no milk alternatives.」

「They have a hotel cat outside that they care for. If for no other readon..I will definitely come back. ALSO..the shuttle to and from the casinos is wonderful.」

「The hotel smelled great, clean room, clean floors, breakfast was decent, and the property is super convenient. Definitely worth the price.」

「Well taken care of property」

「The place is absolutely beautiful. The setting is perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. Here are a few little things that would have made it a perfect experience. The breakfast on both days was original and interesting. However, it was supposed to be hot not like warm. Outside of our room by the water station was a tray of dirty cups that was there untouched for three days. It may seem petty but our bathroom had only a single roll of TP that was almost used up. The mentioned complementary...
