Brunels Reach

Nestled in the heart of Saltash, this stylish three-storey residence presents an ideal retreat for families, couples and friends looking to explore the captivating surfing beaches, picturesque villages, coastal trails, and gardens of Cornwall and Devon.

Enter the property through the private front courtyard, and head up to the first-floor open plan living space with fully fitted kitchen where you can cook up a storm. You can enjoy your meals around the dining table, or morning coffee at the breakfast bar, with Smart TV and Wi-Fi included during your stay. Along the hallway, the first of three spacious bedrooms, a contemporary styled modern double bedroom complemented by a family bathroom equipped with bath, shower, basin and WC.

On the second floor of the home, you’ll find a luxurious master suite, flooded with natural light and boasting scenic views of the nearby river. The master bedroom offers the convenience of an en-suite shower room with basin and WC. Adjacent is a comfortable twin bedroom, perfect for families with children.

Saltash (or 'Essa' if your Cornish) is a charming town located in the southeastern part of Cornwall. It sits on the bank of the River Tamar, bordering the county of Devon. Known as the "Gateway to Cornwall," Saltash offers a wonderful blend of history, natural beauty, and easy access to both rural and coastal attractions. A great base to explore the local area, Essa House is positioned just moments away from the waterfront and the bustling high street with its array of charming cafés, pubs, and restaurants.

And, of course, no visit to Cornwall would be complete without a day trip to the beach. With Whitsand Bay a mere 20-minute drive away, boasting over three miles of breath-taking sand, you'll have the perfect opportunity to bask in its beauty - so bring along your bucket and spade!

Loved it! Great place and location

We chose this place to be near family and it was great! Clean, welcoming and easy, great location, lots of space, and a short walk to the shops! Wouldn’t have changed a thing!!
