$50 fee check-out at 12 PM

If you need help during your stay, you can message us on the AIRBnB app and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. We hope you enjoy your stay!

• No Shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is
present.
• No parties - if violated, we reserve the right to cancel reservation without refund.
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (only allowed if you need to use the air mattress)
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.

Lovely and convenient downtown stay

The aptment was clean, safe, and had great amenities. I came to SLC for a class and could easily walk to class, several restraunts, the mall, and piblic transportation. It was also pretty quiet which I really appreciated. Property management quickly responded to all my questions.
