「The rooms were newly renovated and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved that you get free coupons to go to the city pool since they don’t have a pool. It is only a 5 min walk away. Parking is tight but we made it work. The cost was very reasonable. The rooms were sound proof. My toddler woke up crying in the night because she wasn’t well and my parents next door didn’t even hear her. I would stay there again. 」

「Breakfast was great, we didn’t like the barn door for the bathroom. Just some stuff on curtains and a stain on the floor but for the most part pretty good. The little store with noodles and chips and stuff was so over priced it was crazy. Water slides and park were great. Oh and couldn’t figure out if the bathroom had a fan or what 」

「It was my 1st time to visit Prince George and to stay at this hotel "Hyatt Place Prince George". I was a little late to arrive and to check in, because of my train was delayed about 2 hours. But checking in was very smooth. Especially, here's free breakfast was great, very yummy!! Beaucoup, Thanks A Lot, Dohmo Ohkiniyi!! 」

「The floor was al scratched up and the stove was old and the microwave was old and the hair dryer was old the room looks new/ old and it smelled weird in the room and the couch seemed old 」

「Staff was helpful when we had to change room to accommodate access after surgery, unfortunately we had a noisy neighbour who left the TV on all night long. Hard to find a quiet hotel.」

「First room gas heat on and off all night. Got hot and cold. Did not sleep. Saturday people yelling all night long. Sunday starting at 3 am someone kept going to and from room. I needed to nap in pine pass because my sleep at Ramada was no solid!」
