「For the price we paid the hotel was in terrible condition. It was being renovated. The ceilings were exposed. There were homeless and drunk people in front of the main entrance. There was a belligerent, drunk lady hanging out in the lobby with her drunk friend yelling obscenities at top lung. I had to cut my trip short by a day was told at the front desk that an adjustment will be made, and then they denied the adjustment through Expedia.」

「This was the most ghetto motel I ever stayed at. The stuffed lounge chair had a giant hole in the seat cushion, with stuffing coming out. This was “repaired’ by pplacing a bath towel over it. I sat down and hit a spring. The bathtub was atrocious. Showers in prison are cleaner. Room 216」

「The actual room was clean but the cable TV was not working fully. Only certain channels would work---the others were in a frozen state. The property was not well kept...trash cans overflowing, cigarette butts all over the place. Would not stay there again.」

「This was a wonderful place to stay. The self check in made everything so easy. The inn is exquisite -- although it was the day before Thanksgiving, it was so pretty having the Christmas decor throughout the downstairs rooms. My room 'the green room' was conveniently located on the second floor and although 'my bathroom was across the hall -- it was charming rather than inconvenient.」
