"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Tokyo was amazing. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. We were concerned the rooms would be small based on other reviews. I’m 5,11 and the bed was fine for me. Suitcases stored under the beds and plenty of room for the 3 of us. The worst thing about the hotel was having to go home to Ireland 😭"

"This is a really great place to stay, the hotel is very quiet, clean, the staffs are so friendly, clean rooms, with all the amenities, great customer service. This hotel has a good location everything is close to it, including the train station. We stay for 7 days. Thank you to Tokyu Stay Kamata for the great memories."

"Breakfast was pricy, but definitely recommend trying at least once the Slope Cafe. Be wary it is a short walk from the train station, but there is an incline that could be difficult to the elderly. Staff was very nice and helped us celebrate our anniversaries!"
