Location and clean hotel

Établissement sale et en mauvais état. Le personnel est sympa, mais complètement dépassé par l’état de désuétude avancé des lieux. Air climatisé ne fonctionne pas.

Clean air conditioned room.

Great stay, we stayed in the penthouse, it was the biggest paris hotel i have ever stayed in. the staff were absolutely amazing, couldn't have asked for more. they were so friendly and helpful. the room was clean, and the hotel well situated. the only issue i had was i wish there had been milk in the room for coffee and there was also no iron. but other than thats honestly i cant complain about anything!! will be back for sure and will recommend.

We stayed in Paris for a couple of days. Amir was very helpful and assisted with all enquiries, as well as advising us the best places to go. Breakfast was good, service was a little slow but the croissants were very nice. Our first room had aircon problems, reception was very quick in changing our room. Our room was very big and comfortable for all of us- had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and soothing after long days in the heat, as well as travel being very easy as it was right next to the tram. The area the hotel is in is very safe and the locals are lovely people. The fitness centre does not have a lot of amenities for people who do heavy weights but there is a gym close by (3 min walk) which is very nice and affordable.
