This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). The evening meal was superb. Breakfast was frugal; we had to ask for croissants since none were left after other diners had taken 2 each whereupon the owner brought my wife and I a croissant each on a tray.
