Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 56 m² flat with sea view and waterfront location for rent in Saint-Pierre. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 16 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room with walk-in shower.

The accommodation comprises

Day area:
- A 16 m² living room with TV, sitting area with double sofa bed
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.

Sleeping area:
- One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room with shower, WC and washing machine.

Outside:
- A terrace of around 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Pierre, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- The Saint Pierre water sports centre offers a wide range of activities (canoeing, kayaking, rowing, sailing, etc.).
- Carbet zoo
- The Balata garden and the Domaine d'Émeraude at Morne Rouge.
- Numerous walks starting from St Pierre and the surrounding area.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the free car park near the accommodation.

Welcoming hosts in fabulous beachfront location

We arrived a little earlier than planned but our hosts, Marie & Patric, were ready to welcome us with a plate of delicious homemade coconut pies. The apartment was clean, organized and had everything that we needed to make the most of our stay. The beach was fantastic for snorkelling, fishing and swimming but the wonderful hosts made the stay unforgettable.
