The location was perfect. The building is very tired. The one thing that I would mention is that the shower come bathroom area is quite dangerous in that you have a high ‘lip’ to climb over and the shower is rammed against the end. It is quite slippy in the bath and is not suitable if you are elderly or have lower limb issuses
TV is low end but so what.
Staff were very helpful and always upbeat.

Beautiful five star hotel across the street from the beach and the gorgeous Negresco. Wish it was closer to the other end of the strip, but I think this is probably the swankier side of town. Low end rates put us on the first floor next to the AC units, but honestly it was a fine trade off to be in such luxurious digs for the low price we paid. Would stay here again.

When arriving the room we checked into wasn’t cleaned fully. Bed sheets were soiled but the rest of the room seemed to have been reset. Staff at reception were helpful in checking us into another room as an upgrade (larger room).
AC was very poor in the room so it was quite hot for the duration of the stay.
Location of the hotel was perfect and we spent very little time in the hotel itself over the course of the TDFF weekend.
