Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Le Saint Alexis. The location was perfect and the beach access was exceptional! Our room was very comfortable and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. We were three adults traveling - me, my husband, and our daughter. I was pleasantly surprised with the spacious room. The main bedroom was separated by doors to the living area, with a pullout couch for our daughter. The staff were always helpful. The security guards were happily willing to open the upper gates for us when asked so we could park our car closer to our room. The buffet breakfast was excellent and Celine always greeted us with a smile & great conversation! I would highly recommend this hotel to those traveling in the area!

Bonjour, Nous sommes venus d'1part pour l'anniversaire de mon conjoint (a part 1carton impersonnel rien n'a été fait, ne serait-ce qu'1 bougie sur 1 part de gâteau non rien) & d'autre part pour voir si nous allons organiser notre mariage dans votre établissement (j'avais déjà envoyé 1mail) mais au vu de plusieurs points nous ne reviendrons plus chez vous (c'était notre 2nde expérience nuit chez vous, déçus & plusieurs fois au restaurant) Pas 1bouteille d'eau offerte dans la chambre, plusieurs détails dans la chambre que je n'ai pas fait remonter, déception sur la douche italienne au niveau du pommeau ! Dommage pas a la hauteur de la douche et en plus il tient pas bien. La partie sport/detente : pour notre part nous étions intéressés par le sauna/hammam qui ouvre de 16h a 20h et qui était en panne ! Décevant Au niveau du repas il a fallu réclamer a 2 reprises pour 1verre de vin en même temps que le fromage. Le petit déjeuner pour un 4* pas du tout a la hauteur : Il est note qu'il faut attendre quelqu'un qui va nous placer (au bout de 5 minutes personne). Lorsque nous nous installons a 1 table extérieure (la dernière) limite je me suis mal sentie car c'était une table de 4 nous étions 2 Donc je ne dirai pas que le personnel du matin était présent et accueillant, le café (pas de maintien au chaud juste dans un pot) la charcuterie : peu, le fromage est arrivé après, les fruits pas si frais (kiwi un peu passé), les yaourts 3 qui se battaient en duel, etc... Cordialement

La chambre (suite) etait spacieuse. Cependant un manque d’éclairage est à déplorer et le ménage à revoir. Des fils d’araignées derrière le lit. Le point de fort reste la piscine. Même si elle a besoin d’un bon nettoyage. L’hôtel a besoin d’un bonne rénovation. ( peinture , toîtures , piscine, les clims d’ancienne génération, le mobilier , la décoration) .

L’hôtel est un peu vieillot mais le cadre est magnifique, nous avons adoré la piscine atypique et l’accès direct sur la plage. Nous avons eu un beau coucher de soleil tout en sirotant nos cocktails au bar. Par contre l’accueil n’est pas le même pour tous les clients de l’hôtel. Personne ne nous a proposé de prendre nos bagages comme pour les arrivées avant et après nous (nous avons vu et entendu les propositions pour les autres). C’est vraiment dommage de ne pas avoir eu cette petite attention dans un hôtel 4 étoiles surtout que je suis une femme enceinte de 7 mois…

Tres bel hôtel dans sa conception, son emplacement, vieillissant toutefois pour certains de ses équipements. Personnel agréable, à l'écoute. Chambre spacieuse et plutôt biens équipée mais "mal" insonorisée, en raison de menuiseries là encore, vieillissantes

configuration de la suite pas adaptée aux familles. les enfats doivent passer dans la chambre des parents pour aller aux toilletes. Aucune intimité dans la SDB étant donné qu'il y a une ouverture sur la chambre des parents. La restauration en demi pension manquait de gout. Pas digne d un 4 étoiles. Personnel agréable

Bon séjour !

Bel établissement et bon accueil ! Une petite amélioration sur les équipements électriques et les brasseurs d’air à faire ( rénovation) suite superbe et spacieuse pour la famille. Nous avons apprécié que le lit des enfants soit fait en début de soirée
