I have very good tolerance with cold, but when it's -3°C outside and the heaters almost don't work, no matter what, you'll at least hope there's hot water in the night? But no! "I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will be rebooking on my next trip to St Etienne. The staff on reception were extremally helpful and very welcoming which made for a very pleasing first Impression. Hotel is well situated and close to restaurants and bars. "
