Nice simple hotel

Booked in for 3 nights during the Rugby World Cup. Wanted somewhere cheap and cheerful and got exactly what we needed and more. Nice rooms, good shower, friendly staff and a nice bar on the hotel. Perfect for a weekend of sports. Right on the tram line into town to

The hotel was adequate and served our purpose. It was very close to tram lines serving all parts of the city. The staff were very friendly and the rooms very clean and functional, if small. The surrounding area had few services. The hotel dining room was not operating much of the time we were there.

Olympic football

Great location. Friendly staff. We stayed as we had tickets for the Olympic football. The Stadium was about 15 mins on the metro and easy to find. We arrived back late and the kitchen had closed, the staff made us Croque monsieur from the room service menu, which was reasonable priced and nice. The hotel car park was 9 euros if you parked in tbe underground carpark but we managed to get a space outside the hotel reception which was free and felt secure

Un calme très appréciable

Très bon accueil, la chambre est petite mais très fonctionnelle, il manque peut-être une bouilloire que l’on trouve habituellement dans les autres Ibis. Ce qui est appréciable par dessus tout, les l’isolation des chambres, la AD de bruits de couloir ou le tram pourtant juste à côté.

Pire séjour de ma vie

Ma chambre était collé à l'ascenseur et pas possible d'en avoir une autre car hôtel complet. Je ne comprends pas qu'ils puissent proposer des chambres comme celle la à 140€ la nuit. Je n'ai pas pu dormir car l'ascenseur grinçait énormément.

Tres bon séjour, tout etait parfait sauf que la chambre avait deja ete réglé en passant par hotel.com et en partant le lendemain j'ai encore réglé sans me rendre compte que ca avait deja ete prélevé j'ai appelé 2 fois, on m'a demandé un rib pour me faire remboursé. Je suis passée physiquement en rentrant de vacances pour donner le rib et depuis toujours pas de remboursement ni de nouvelle. Pas trop sérieux et tres cher la nuit d'hôtel du coup. J'espère que je vais arriver à me faire rembourser.

Il est dommage de ne pas préciser que le parking souterrain payant, n'a pas d'accès direct à l'hôtel par ascenseur et que l'on doit remonter la rampe destinée au véhicules avec tous les bagages, et ensuite de monter les marchés jusqu'à la réception. On ne nous a pas proposé de passer sur un autre parking avec chariot, pour monter jusqu'à la chambre. Quand on a tenté ans c'est pas grave, quand on en a 70, c'est plus problématique. Il y a des informations à ne pas négliger !!!
