"Very friendly staff. Someone is always on duty at the front desk. Safe and clean environment. Housekeeping made the bed daily despite their advertised policy they only come when requested. Air conditioned rooms. Cold water dispenser in lobby (still and sparkling water). Very conveniently located to public transportation (train, cable car, metro and bus). Room service is available from the restaurant in the adjacent building. Short distance from all that Lyon has to offer."
