Nestled beside a 12th-century Romanesque chapel surrounded by its cemetery, the house offers a tranquil atmosphere. Just a stone’s throw from the Tarn River, this gîte is a privileged spot for fishing enthusiasts, thanks to the adjoining meadow made available by the owners. Between walks along the river, hikes through the countryside, and cultural discoveries, you will be perfectly situated to explore the heritage of the Tarn. Be charmed by Albi, with its majestic Sainte-Cécile Cathedral and lively streets, the picturesque bastide of Castelnau-de-Montmiral, the charming town of Cordes-sur-Ciel, or the scenic Ambialet Peninsula. On the ground floor, the living area has been designed for conviviality: a bright, fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge with a television, and a dining area with a large table to enjoy meals together. This level also includes a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and an en-suite shower area, as well as a separate WC. Upstairs, two separate staircases lead to the bedrooms: From the kitchen, a staircase leads to a cozy attic bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and an en-suite shower area. From the living room, a second staircase leads to two bedrooms with 160x200 cm beds, a spacious shower room, and a separate WC. The outdoor space is designed for you to fully enjoy sunny days. Right in front of the house, a parking area provides space for two vehicles. For outdoor meals, a shaded terrace with a small garden, equipped with a barbecue and a plancha, is ready to welcome you. Finally, for moments of relaxation, sun loungers are at your disposal. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.Les propriétaires du gîte sont très acceuillants, attentionnés et disponiblesNous avons essayer de trouver ce qui aurait pu manquer lors de notre séjour mais nous cherchons encore, c’était parfait. De plus les équipements, les sanitaires au top et la literie également ne font qu’embellir le tableau.Dommage que nous ne restions que quelques jours...Il nous tarde d’y revenir...!
