There is no restaurant for dinner, which is why we booked this hotel. The room was noisey late at night due to the gravel driveway outside the bedroom window.
Restaurant is a machine dispensing microwaveable ready meals. Lots of the electrical points were broken. No onsite presence. We had hoped for better than a cheap budget hotel chain offering.

Whilst the room was clean and tidy, it was very basic. The property is looking very rundown. The gardens are messy, the fountain water looked like it came straight from a toilet. They need to do a lot to compensate for the properties shortcomings.
A oublier
Likely one of the strangest check-in experiences of my life. Admittedly, we got in late (11pm). I called the phone number indicated and was eventually greeted by a shirtless, shoeless man. He called another person on the phone, yelled for a bit, and then escorted me to the room.
I can’t be sure because of the language barrier, but I’m 90% sure he was inviting me to his room for a drink after we dropped off the luggage. He came right into the room with me and I briefly saw my life flash before my eyes as he wildly gestured around to show me the “amenities” (the beds).
I declined the invite and shared that my family (2 kids and my husband) were waiting for me in the parking lot.
The room was hot as the depths of hell (not totally uncommon in Europe, but it was obvious the window had not been opened in perhaps centuries). The bathroom was an all in one shower, which promptly blasted water under the door and all over the hotel room.
So, all in all… 10/10 memorable but not exactly for the reasons Expedia users may expect.

Chambre propre, literie confortable

A recommander.
