Room was very unclean, in particular the bathroom. There was black mould on the ceiling above the shower and under the unit in the bedroom, the toilet was grimy and falling apart, the walls were pealing apart, the shower flooded the floor, the shampoo provided in the room was out of date and burned my skin, the bed was the wrong way around, there was a moth in the room when we arrived, and we found more bugs during the night

Even for a budget hotel, this fell short. All carpets need a serious deep clean, everywhere was just a bit shabby. Our room was large but needed massively updating and cleaning. It smelt of stale smoke. Broken lights, chipped wood, makeup stains on the bedding. Staff were very unhelpful. The one saving grace according to my children was that there was a pool table in reception. However, they were told they weren't allowed to play on it as they were under 16. Stay here with great caution. It's close to parc asterix but there are much better options for a similar price.

My room was still dirty and unmade up from previous guest. Air conditioning did not work at all. The hotel is dusty and mid renovation. Some staff ok but others ignore you and won’t meet your eye even while waiting to speak to them. The location is not great - quite scary and dangerous. On level 5 the hallway was full of marijuana smoke.
