「conformes mais un évident problème d’égout laissait un odeur atroce dans l’appartement et la présence d'un échafaudage avec des ouvriers dés 8h du matin sur la façade n'a pas simplifié le repos. Je comprend que c'est sans doute passager et que notre hôte n'en était pas responsable.」

「Logement pratique, propre et fonctionnel pour visiter Paris en laissant son véhicule avec station de métro à 2 pas. Appartement adapté pour 4 personnes. Pour info, cela m'a surpris de devoir réserver avec la CB sur Abritel puis devoir ensuite régler au propriétaire pour finaliser la réservation. Une information préalable aurait évité mon inquiétude.」

「Maybe the experience was so poor due to our unique circumstance. We were staying in Monaco for a week, but decided to do a 1-day overnight trip to Paris. We has a handicap senior and 2 children under 10. We traveled by train, so we didn't have a car. We explained this to the host. It was dark and cold and it took forever to find the box to get the key. Instructions were poor. The bathroom had mold. The towels were stained, small and thin. There were no face towels. There was no adequate linen...

「The room is spotless, smells good, and have ample storage for all your belongings. The manager and the La Boheme staff at the restaurant are also very accommodating. 」

「I stayed here in June. The apartment doesn’t have any aircon so it was really warm. It’s also a lot smaller than it appears online. Basically the bed is in this “loft” at the top which is so small you have to crawl to actually get onto the bed. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who is claustrophobic. 」
