"Check-in was a little odd. We were expected to drive 5 minutes to pick up room keys. Staff at the attached restaurant were very helpful, and since we were on snowmobiles, drove to get the room keys for us. We were on the 2nd floor and getting to our rooms from the exterior was very treachorous due snow not being cleared. The room was nothing speacial and we soon discovered there was an interior entrance to our rooms. Due to fact there was no hotel staff onsite, we weren't made aware of this, and it was an entrance no guest would have found on their own until they were in their room. Definitely room to improve service. "

"Great place to stay. Clean has everything you could possible need from appliances to games. Beautiful quiet view from the deck. One small issue with the door lock which was rectified in no time. Great hiking in the area. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway. "

"Les plus: beau chalet rustique, accommode facilement 6 personnes ( futon au salon), cuisine bien équipée, environnement naturel sans voisin, tranquille, communication facile avec la propriétaire.Les moins: deux appareils sur lesquels je comptais ne fonctionnaient pas ( cafetière et lecteur VHS), pas de savon ni shampoing dans la salle de bain, les sentiers en forêt ne sont pas entretenus donc aucune marche en forêt n’a été possible, pas assez de bois pour le foyer pour la durée de mon séjour, j’ai dû en chercher autour du chalet. Bref il manque l’attention aux détails à laquelle on s’attend lors d’une location de villégiature à ce prix. "

It was a delightful conversation with them, and the breakfast was delicious—the best French toast I’ve ever had. The house has a long history, but it is clean and well-maintained. The surroundings are peaceful, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, and I had a restful night’s sleep. It was a wonderful experience."
