A fine place to spend the night after landing at CDG in the evening. Helpful staff.

We had a great time in Paris. Hôtel was nearby train stations, we went Paris for BTS concerts, and we had no trouble with late nights returning back to hotel. Public transport was 5 mins away, shops, restaurant everything closeby. Hotel was lovely with nice view and friendly staffs. We didn’t have Europeplugs, staff was really helpful to find the plugs for us otherwise it would have been a disaster. We came back home with loads of good memories.

The staff was amazing. A+ all around. Location was wonderful. Not far from the Eiffel Tower. I personally enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool. Hard to get that in the city and really enjoyed the beautiful style. All in the theme.

My wife and I stayed at Hôtel Gramont 17 years ago, before we had children, and always hoped we would return one day. This time, we came back with our two kids, and the experience did not disappoint. Everything was perfect. The hotel was clean, comfortable, beautifully located, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. It truly felt like coming home and created a special full-circle moment for our family. We also ate several times at Caffè Concerto downstairs, Chez Massimo et Michele, and the experience was exceptional. The food was excellent, but the warmth and hospitality made it unforgettable. One night, we returned late after seeing the Eiffel Tower illuminated, and the kitchen had already closed. Michele still thoughtfully sent us fresh zucchini and peppers, along with the best tiramisu we have ever had. From our first day to our final meal, we were treated like family. We left with hugs and kisses and memories our children will always cherish. Thank you to everyone at Hôtel Gramont and Chez Massimo et Michele for making our return to Paris so meaningful. We cannot wait to come back.
