The staff were incredible! They helped with our baggage, arranged drivers, massages and did our laundry. The food was great and had both American and Thai options. The rooms were clean, but the bed was more firm than we're used to so we didn’t get the best sleep.

Stay was good. Raft room was lovely. Lacked hand towels and soap in the bathroom, but otherwise nice. Restaurant was fine for breakfast and dinner.

There were a few rhings that stood out. The rooms were sportless and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive and the location was perfect for getting around the area.

This was an amazing hotel. I would absolutely stay here again. The room had one of the best air conditioning units I ever used in a hotel. Very easy to use. And the room had a ceiling fan! The whole layout of the room was amazing, especially the bathroom. Water temperature and pressure were perfect. Great bidet. The restaurant had delicious food. The staff were top notch. No complaints at all.

Excellent séjour en bord de rivière

Excellent séjour d'une nuit dans cet établissement très calme au bord de la rivière. Notre bungalow sur l'eau était très confortable ; accueil avec le sourire et personnel très professionnel ; dîner le soir très agréable et très bon sur la terrasse qui domine la rivière.

This resort is a true gem nestled in the banks of the river Kwai. We enjoyed every moment from arrival to departure. Every member of staff was super courteous and polite at all times. The food was delicious and we all (2 grandparents, 2 adults and 2 children) loved every moment spent around the pool, in our raft bedrooms and chilling in our balconies! We couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly! Outstanding experience! ขอบคุณ

Room on the River Kwai

Absolutely loved this hotel. Was amazing staying in one of the floating rooms on the river and the scenery was so beautiful. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend renting a car as it is about an hour outside of Kanchanaburi city so having your own transport gives you more flexibility

Good little location. The river rooms were very nice and spacious. So much outside space with swimming options outside of room. The boat ride was awesome and we swam in river and floated down the river. Great experience.

Wake up to the sound of the river & chirping birds

Wake up to the sound of the river & chirping birds at your doorstep. Buffet breakfast was great. You can witness the sunset at the raft rooms. Every morning schools of fish play by your hut. Definitely recommended especially for nature lovers.

A great choice

This is the place I want to stay at when I return. There are more modern places but they seem out of place for the environment. If there is one area that could use some improvement, it is the kitchen which is only average. If you don’t have your own car your dining choices are limited. Prices are very reasonable

Amazing Find! Perfect River Raft!

Im so glad we booked this place. I booked 2 river raft rooms for our family, 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms are a great size, drinks fridge has very reasonable charges (65 baht beer, 20-30 baht soft, 20 baht crisps etc). Room service was 20 baht for extra drinks if you run out, so really cant complain. The setting is just great, lovely greenery, sound of the river, wildlife, swimming pool built into the river (the kids loved this) and lots of seating areas! Food was fine, breakfast is basic but its all we needed. Reception was lovely, always very helpful! Can arrange a driver for you also if needed (we went to Erawan for the day). I really cant recommend enough, great stay.

Amazing view by the river. I don't mind sitting by the river all day. Furnishings are beginning to show signs of aging. Bathtub has gaps between walls that looks disgusting. Toilet is not the cleanest in my opinion. Property is pretty far away from the nearest town. Even the nearest convenient store along the main road is a pretty far walk along a dark and quiet road. Breakfast is nothing fantastic. Property charges additional 500 baht for my 8 years old daughter sleeping with us. Staff helps to carry my heavy luggage to my room which is very much appreciated.

フロートタイプの部屋に滞在したが、 ボートが通る時に揺れることがあり、 それも含めて楽しめた。 周辺には何もないので、 夜ご飯にレストランを利用したが、 値段も味も満足。 朝食も良かった。 料金も良心的であった。 カンチャナブリーからバスで来て、 ナムトック駅周辺で途中下車し、 ホテルまで歩いたが、距離はあるので、 バイタクを使った方が安心。 帰りはナムトック駅周辺までホテルの方が 送ってくれたので、とても良かった。

最高の時間♪

想像を遥かに超えた部屋からの景色。のんびりした時間の流れで、最高の時間を過ごせました。また再訪したいホテル♪ ただナムトック駅から遠く、かつホテルの周りにレストランがないので、食事はホテル内のレストラン。価格が観光・ホテル価格で高かった。けど、大満足のホテルライフでした。

Vi beställde ett rum med väderförvaringsskåp på rummet. Enligt hotels.com skulle det ingå. Inget förvaringsskåp på rummet. Påpekade det för receptionen. Först bortförklaringar, stod på oss, inte ok, sedan tillstod man att man hade tagit bort dem för att gästerna förstörde skåpen…!!! Nåväl, från en konsuments sida, var ligger felet??? Hur vet vi att nästa gång vi bokar hotellrum vi hotels.com att vi får vad vi betalar för? Allt gott Maarit o Michael
