"Excellent stay at this hotel . Very reasonably priced by Hong Kong standards , perfect location with great access to MTR , Kowloon , and Central Hong Kong island (via Star ferry, 2 minutes walk away ) Rooms to a good standard , comfy bed , toiletries , fluffy towels ( great after a long haul flight ) All staff efficient and helpful . I would highly recommend and will definitely use again when I return "

"The Hollywood Hotel might be the cheapest cost of the three HK Disney hotels but it is still Disney worthy. It was beautifully clean and chic in the interior and exterior, especially the spacious welcoming lobby, and the outdoor pool (which pleasantly has a water slide that the kids enjoyed immensely). The room was amazingly marvel, with us getting the Marvel Themed room, which had beautiful wall art and a personalized Marvel welcome screen on the TV. All the facilities were well thought out and in good working condition (tv, a/c, outlets, power adapters, light control console, safe, washroom facilities and locks). They were able to accommodate our request for connecting rooms for us and another room in out group which made for a more home-like and comfortable experience. Finally would like to shout out front desk member Louisa who was very friendly and made our check-in efficient and answered all our questions, and also Joe, who was the only member manning the welcoming lobby area when we were checking out at 6am on Aug 27. He assisted us with the luggage for our big group (3 rooms) and helped save us time and money by suggesting and obtaining 2 cabs that could hold us and all our luggage (we were initially going to take public transit since through Klook most transport services stated we would need more than 2 vehicles for the amount of luggage we had). Overall great experience, minor downside is if you stay for the fireworks at the park (shuttle ride wait might be long)."

"We stayed at this hotel from 9/9/25 to 22/9/25 and the only thing we can advise is do not stay at this hotel if you come from a western country. The staff treat the people from the UK totally different to the Chinese in the level of service they provide. We booked a Deluxe Harbour View room but upgraded to one with Club access and we were glad that we did. The room had a great view of Victoria Harbour but the hotel did not comply with our request of a high floor. The room was on the 12th floor but most club rooms were between the 18th and 20th floors. The reason we upgraded to one with club access was that breakfast was included in the price. Although it was somewhat limited in the choice you had, and was mostly warm at best, it did save us quite a lot of money. However, the club room staff were annoying because they watched your every move, and as soon as one of you finished eating they would come and take the plate away. Despite this we were glad we did have the club access because all meals at the hotel were extremely expensive for what they provided. With regards the 5 star rating this hotel is given at best we would rate it a 3 star playing at 5 stars. Concerning the location it is to far out of the main attractions although the MTR is close. Therefore our advice is do not stay at this hotel and stay at one of branded hotels like the Hyatt if you are from the UK or English speaking country. "

"spacious, clean rooms with friendly staff. great gym and pool. location is fabulous. connected to mall and subway and in the middle of mong kok. would definitely stay there again. found some of my all time favorite food places just outside of hotel!"

"While the check in process was good, the initial room did not have air-conditioning working and that put me off after a long flight. Glenn - the night manager - was very prompt in changing to another room, that was very comfortable. After that the service - impeccable. The housekeeping staff were so nice getting me ice every few hours and always smiling. I never thought any hotel could match Mandarin but this one does the job and better. The hot and cold plunge pools at gym were handy to soothe my knees sprained after a bad fall. Overall I would recommend staying here just for the luxury!!"
