Checking in was contact-less through the kiosk when entering the builiding, and was an easy process. "Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and had a great view of the city and mountains. Bed was so comfortable and cozy. The heated floors were a great addition too for the winter nights. Great location about 4-5 minute walk to several trains stops! Would highly recommend staying here. "
