「The property was neat and tidy, Quiet, close to the beach with shops not far away. It is very clean, well set up for the little dogs and the property managers (Professional Holiday Homes) were extremely fast and efficient in our dealings as we left a few items behind.」

「A beautifully quiet and scenic location we loved the basic simplicity of the house. We slept like logs in the comfy bed. The rain forest walk to the waterfall was magnificent only marred by being attacked by dozens of leeches!,Thank you for providing such a perfect unique retreat」

「Wonderful cottage in a beautiful peaceful location BUT on arrival after travelling all day there was no milk for tea or coffee in the fridge Phoned property manager , waited half an hour for his return call and advised WE DO NOT PROVIDE MILK The property is very remote with no shops nearby Even the cheapest properties provide long life milk !!!! We were very disappointed 」

「A Perfect location for peace and quiet with plenty of space for children and dogs to run around. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. 」

「The house was lovely, very clean and well appointed. It was well heated, and there were plenty of blankets for those chilly mornings. The garden was very well taken care of, and the fully fenced yard meant our dogs could safely roam outside. The house is on a nice and quiet street, but close enough to Robertson town centre that it’s an easy stroll. We loved our stay and will certainly be back next time!」

"I am a Japanese but stayed in Wollongong several times. The room is neat and tidy. I made a mistake in checking out date, but the staff member arranged the replacement hotel etc. When I offered a tip to him, he said it is a pure duty of the hotel member and didn't accept the tip, which impressed me very much. The bistro together with the pub is cozy. Although this is not in the center of Wollongong, still conveniently located and the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels in Wollongong."
