Wonderful stay. The staff was very professional and helpful.

We fell in love with Hotel Bardo. It’s all about the details here and it is so special. When we arrived they put our car on their complimentary electric charger. Tyler greeted us at the car and was so genuinely welcoming to us. Our room was clean, comfortable and perfect. We walked to dinner and back, but the hotel’s complimentary driver was on hand to drive guests anywhere within 2 miles. Pro tip: if you have reservations outside the hotel set up, call ahead before your trip to arrange your drive as the driver can fill up quick. In the morning l, there is amazing coffee waiting at the Greenroom Bar and an assortment of pastries. You just feel at home here. I signed up for the Bootcamp exercise class and had trouble accessing the building next door to get in for class. Andres who was working in the Greenroom was the kindest and so helpful he urgently helped me get into the building walking me all the way to the classroom himself. The class was canceled last minute which was a bummer after a bit of back and forth trying to locate. I didn’t see the email a few minutes before the class saying it was canceled. Next time I hope 🤗. The gym was clean and has everything you need even cold towels await you at the end. We spent all day at the pool enjoying the food and drinks at Bar Bibi. We truly relaxed and enjoyed every minute of our experience. Thank you Hotel Bardo 💕 we will be back and plan to bring our pup we love how you treat the pups like every guest in the hotel!

The property has 3 main buildings with their own themes and hotel rooms. Over a dozen restaurants throughout that offer a ton of variety. The art and design features are phenomenal. This is a destination within itself. Add the ease of getting to the surrounding historic area and you have the PERFECT place for your next trip to Savannah. We had a small housekeeping issue upon arrival that was quickly corrected. The manager gave us a room credit to use at the restaurants and bars for the inconvenience. Don't miss taking a trip down the slide at the rooftop bar!
