Our rooftop patio is perfect for entertaining a small group or to relax with friends. Enjoy this amazing panoramic view on the cozy furniture surrounding the outdoor rooftop fireplace. Each room is beautifully designed with inviting décor and modern style accents. Two Master bedrooms with King sized beds accommodates 4 people comfortably. Beautiful loft and wonderful place to celebrate the holidays. We enjoyed the holiday decorations throughout the loft, including a Christmas tree! We also enjoyed the lights on the rooftop and beautiful sunsets. Amazing location. Lots of restaurants, shopping and walking trails too. We will definitely be back!

Doug’s place was perfect for a three night stay in the quaint little town of Folsom. Stunning sunsets every night around the fire pit on the roof top patio. Extremely comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Excellent communications with Doug! Highly recommended!

The property is downtown historic Folsom. It is walking distance to stores, restaurants and lake Natoma. Parking is easy to find. The penthouse is very beautiful, nicely decorated and clean. Absolutely gorgeous condo! Beautiful online, even more beautiful in person. Comfy beds, clean, has everything you need 😊. We went to Sutter St Steakhouse at 7 on a Saturday night, told them we were staying in the penthouse and they found a table for us. We needed more time there! Wonderful experience!
